Monthly Form Views: I find that my form views are increasing faster than anticipated.

I have a booking calendar where my form begins. If I were to keep the calendar on pg 1, put conditional logic in to prevent progressing to the remainder of the form that I'll move to pg 2, would that help limit my form views?

I am on a free plan and anticipate our form views to reach around 1000, but at it's current rate, may surpass that slightly. Upgrading the account is unfortunately not an option for us.

I would also appreciate a clarification on form views vs. page views (If the form is in a user's cache and they load the form again, does it count as a form view?). My form is not embedded on any website.

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

The form view count is calculated per form, regardless of the number of pages on the form. So when your users proceed to the further pages on your form, it will not count as extra views. The page view is counted when someone loads the form. So if someone refreshes/reloads the page, it will be counted as a view.

However, when you are logged in and viewing your forms, it will not be counted in the views. Unfortunately, I don't have too many suggestions on how to spare the views, but you can try to be careful and view the form yourself as much as possible when logged in.

Here is also our guide regarding the form views: Form-view-limits:-what-is-it-all-about?

Hopefully this clarifies it. Please let us know if you have any further questions, and we are happy to help you!

    Best Regards,
