I have checked your account email address and it is not in the bounce list.
And upon checking the email log of your email, it seems to be working properly.Current Server: /var/log/jotform/amazonSES.log:[07/Oct/2013:20:50:46 -0400] 32615861739967 AmazonSES Sent email to email@example.com - MessageID:00000141958b74ff-c177f144-349f-4ec1-a0fd-03f8a9575472-000000 - RequestId:ab0352b1-2fb3-11e3-87cc-edad13f718d7 Please make an actual submissions with your form after that, you should be able to get notification to the right email address. Clicking the "Test Email" button will only send a test notification to the email address associated with your account. We've made it this way to prevent abusive users using this feature for mass mailing or spam purposes.
Hope this clarifies a bit. Please let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.

I received your from this answer, but when a make a submission test or try with the test emai, there is nothing in my associated account. I don't know if I changed something. Recently we changed our server, and I don't know if it has something to do with that, but we are receiving emals as usual. ¿Where else should I look to check everything is ok? Thank you for your help!

Upon checking your form's notification alert configuration, I was not able to find any problems there. It should work normally.
Have you checked your spam folder already? Our email server log confirms that the notification emails are being sent to your email inbox. Please see the log here:
/var/log/jotform/amazonSES.log:[08/Oct/2013:00:00:54 -0400] 32615861739967 AmazonSES Sent email to email@example.com - MessageID:00000141963986d6-0942741b-4525-4621-ac1f-801618effd74-000000 - RequestId:3a91aa95-2fce-11e3-8994-3f9e66171dd5
I have cleared your form cache and sent you a test submission. Could you please let us know if your received the email notification or not?
If the issue persists, please white list of jotmail domain names and see if that helps you. Here is a guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues
We will wait for your response.

In order to whitelist our domain names you need to contact your email provider and make the request to them to whitelist our domains.
(We use Amazon SES method for "firstname.lastname@example.org" sender.)
Whitelisting our domain names should resolve this issue. However, if the issue still persists, dont' hesitate to contact us.
