Unable to access photos

Hi there. I’m trying to use my jotform i made with you guys for my business and the photos are not uploading with the link that gets sent to my email along with the personal info they send me ( which i do actually get just not the photo ) Thankyou in advance for the help !

Are you suggesting that you are not able to access the photos uploaded using your form via your email - i.e. the photo hyperlinks are not working?

Please disable the options below from your account settings page and then check if you are able to access the photos:
