Hello,
I can see that you are using PayPal as a payment method.
Since you've used Paypal, you would need to login to your Paypal account to cancel the subscription:
- Log in to your Paypal Account
- Find the reference to the latest payment you have made to JotForm
- Once found, click the subscription number for that transaction
- Now click on the "Cancel Subscription" button, and that is it.

Then please get back to us to confirm and for us to request a refund on your account.

I have now downgraded your account and cancelled your subscription. I have also requested a refund for your last payment so please allow upto 5-10 business days for the amount to be refunded back to your account.
