Integration with Zendesk

    Hi,

    i´´m testing to integrate a Jotform with Zendesk. My issue is that i see alla fields to be required. I want to limit the fields to some selected.

    Is that possible ?

    Hi,
    I have multiple forms in Zendesk. I only want to match fields in the JOT-form with specific fields in Zendesk. I´m required to fill in additional fields:

    I don´t see the correct Zendesk fields.

    No you do not have to match all fields. Please note that when you integrate your form with Zendesk, you can click on the button "ADD NEW FIELDS" button to add fields to match it with Zendesk fields. Please check the screenshot below:
