I'm using jotform since few weeks.
Couple minutes ago I noticed a "problem". I can fill the form I created to sell tickets but then after pushing the "purchasing button" i doesn't redirect to paypal page for payment.
I just happens with another form created before.
How can I adjust this situation? The form is already online and working and people are strting to purchase.

I made a test submission to your page and I was redirected to the paypal payment page after clicking on the "purchasing button".
Are you having this problem every time that the form gets filled? this particular issue maybe was related with a short timeout connection problem from your ISP provider.
could you maintain us updated if this issue still happening.

The trouble was (and still do not understand why) that it did not give me the chance to enter the account pyapal to make the payment, so the form was completed correctly, but without the payment transaction ... I had to delete the old cart of products and make one all over again. Now it seems that works. we'll see in the next few days.
