    Hello Michael,

    You have not added the complete iFrame code in your webpage.

    Here is a guide which should help you grab your form's iFrame code:  http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code You can paste this iFrame code in your webpage.

    Hope this helps you.

    Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Hello elifant,

    I am not sure how are you adding your form in Joomla. I am unable to see any JotForm related code in your web page.

    Please follow this guide and see if that helps you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/214-How-to-Add-Forms-to-Joomla-2-5

    Thank you!

    mybe I found something:

    this is the scropt from your editor:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotformeu.com/form/32803382136349" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:715px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

    this is the script after copy into the joomla iframe menue-editor:

    http:// window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);} window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}

    the script is shorten by joomla ... what can I do?

    Best
    Michael

    @Michael

    Probably the iframe code is not accepted by Joomla. However, I'm still doing some testing in my Jommla site to confirm that fact.

    I will further investigate and will get back to you later when I have the result of my investigation to help you to accomplish what you need.

    Thanks

    Hi Michael,

    I cloned the form you were trying to embed http://form.jotformeu.com/form/32803382136349. Then I tried to embed the iFrame code to my Joomla site and I had no issues at the time to display the form. I used both methods that are given in the guide: How to Add Forms to Joomla 2.5.

    - The form using the first method of the guide: http://formtests.cloudaccess.net/contact-us.html

    My iFrame code was not shorten by Joomla:

    - The form using the second method: http://formtests.cloudaccess.net/contact-us/3-form.html

    My iFrame code kept intact:

    So, to prevent the code to be shorten please make sure that filtering option for Super User is set to No Filtering through Global Configuration:

    Kindly make sure to follow every detail the guide mention, the video it has will be very helpful:

    Making a research I found that using sourcerer plugin from nonumber could help you to resolve the issue. It enables you to place any kind of HTML Style code including JavaScript with any editor without it being stripped. You can get it from here: http://www.nonumber.nl/extensions/sourcerer

    So I hope it helps, however, don't hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks
