Google Drive Integration not working for Edited Submissions

    Hi, I think there might be an issue with the recent updates where edited submissions are deleted from Google Sheets (both legacy and new) and PDF generation integration. Is this a known issue? Or is there a setting somewhere to turn these back on?

    I've also been trying to use the new Tables submission page (looks very nice) to export the missing submissions back into our Google sheet. However the exported columns don't match up exactly to the format on the Sheets. Any suggestions for easily fixing those submissions?

    Hello Stephen! Please find answers to your queries below.

    The Google Sheets integration is working fine at my end. If an entry is updated using the 'edit' link; then it also gets updated in the integrated Google Sheet. I checked the new Google Sheets integration.

    Do note that the Google Sheets will only be updated if the entry is edited using the 'edit' submission link. If the entry is directly edited from the 'Tables' view, then that change won't be passed to the integrations.

    So, I wasn't able to replicate this auto-deletion issue at my end.

    Q) Can you remove the Sheets integration and re-integrate?
    Let us know if this resolves your issue.

    IMPORTANT: Please note that Google Legacy will not be available once you remove this integration. So, I'll suggest you to only try this with the new Google Sheets integration.

    As far as Google Drive integration is concerned; this integration doesn't delete or replace any files in the Drive. It is supposed to create a new file for that submission in the Drive folder without deleting the previous file.

    If this is not working this way, then please try re-integration. It should fix the issue.

    Re-integration Google Sheets with the "Send existing submissions to the sheet." turned on (screenshot attached for reference) will send all of your current submissions to the integrated Google Sheet. Please give it a try.
