Problem opening form in email

    When i send my form attached to an email, the recipiant can open the form, but only sees the send button

    Hello @cdoubbel,

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support.

    Please note that the form you are sending does not have any errors or bugs that are causing this. The form actually has no fields or information included, it only has the title "Formulier" and the submit button.

    The reason this is happening is that your form is a PDF Smart Form that has does have any PDF files uploaded. If you want the form to have fields you will need to upload a PDF or you can simply create another form where you can insert the fields manually.
