    Hi,

Your account got suspended by the anti-phishing filter tool. Your forms are collecting passwords and that is against our terms of use. https://www.jotform.com/terms/

We need to remove the forms before we can activate your account. If that is okay with you, please let us know so we can proceed. Thank you!

The 'password' we are asking for is the encryption key to the drive which we are recovering... It is not an account password.

They have to send us the physical drive or give it to us in person for the password to be of any use. It's only use is for recovering their data while repairing their hard drive.

We understand that you're not collecting the real password or phishing but our system won't allow those word/fields. You can change the word to Code or Access number. You can also collect the password via phone or email after the user submitted to your form.

We need to remove the password fields or the form before we can activate your account. Thank you!

    Hi there,

I have removed the Password labels on your forms and reactivated your account.

Please refrain from using "password" as your label to avoid being flagged by our phishing detector. Kindly change it to something similar to an "access code".

Let us know if you have further questions.
