regarding Volunteer form

    Hello, In the last week, I have started getting emails from Squarespace saying that the "Volunteer form" was not saving to Google Sheets and it would send me a copy of a filled out form that someone completed.

    This is a new occurrence and I am not really sure where I had the information from this form going before these Squarespace emails came in. I know that I receive an email when they do.

    I can't find anywhere on the website where I could direct these forms to go. If you have any idea why I am getting these Squarespace emails, I would appreciate a reply.

    To clarify, is it a Jotform form? As per SquareSpace, If you receive an email saying "You have an unsaved Form Block submission," your Form Block might be having trouble connecting to Google Sheets. This email is a failsafe to ensure that if the connection to Mailchimp or Google Drive fails, the form submission isn’t lost. This email is sent to the email address on file for the site owner.

    To resolve the issue, disconnect and reconnect your block from Google Sheets.
