I'd liek the user to be able to come back tot he form to edit it instead of submitting a whole new form.  How can I do that?

    Hello scobourn,

That is possible to achieve through the form edit link. Basically what needs to be done is that in you need to add an auto responder in your form. In this auto responder you should add the {edit_link} tag.

When your user submits the form, they will receive the submission email with a url. Clicking on the edit_link URL will redirect the user to the form submission data which they have already submitted. They will be able to edit the submission record.

Here is a guide which should help you : http://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date
