Hi,
I created an order form for many prodoucucts.
I included Paypal and Credit card payment.
Now I need to add an other pyament : cash on delivery.
I've tried in many ways but it seams that I cannot create 2 different path for these 2 different payment: if you pay with paypal- do this and then confirm, if you pay cash, confirm and send.
Do you have any suggest for this ?

I'm sorry for the late of my reply...
I want to thank you so much for helping me...anyway, I cloned the form following your instructions. Testing the form when I finally arrive to "invia" (send) this the error message I receive. Do you have any idea on how could I solve the problem?

Hi there!
To fix the issue, kindly connect the PayPal widget with your PayPal account.

Hi,
I followed your suggest and connected Paypal.
Now that it is connected when I try the preview mode when I select the credit card payment I receive the message here below while if I select the "contrassegno in contanti " I correctly arrive to "TOTALE ORDINE" but from there if I select INVIA (whic is "send order" nothing happens.
Do you have any suggest to solve ?
I need that selecting "INVIA" the customer receive the mail that confirm the order and see the page with "GRAZIE!

Hello @Leonilde,
We do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.
I see that you have deleted the original form that was mentioned in this ticket.
So, I went ahead and made a clone of the cloned form on your account for testing purposes as well and upon reviewing the form, it seems that your payment calculations are not working properly. When I select products and follow the form to the end, I am seeing 0 total charges.
I also found that there is a broken condition at the very top of your conditions page.
I would suggest that you review the calculations on your form and the conditions as well. Once they are correc5ted, you can test the form again and let us know if the PayPal integration is still having issues.

Hi Felipe,
I checked the form and the calculation is working properly (not when using the "autofill" - this never worked on my form but it's not a problem) but if you select "manually" the field the calculation works properly.
Thanks for the clone of clone form - I tested and this was excactly what I was looking for...
The credit card payment is working properly.
The only detail I miss now is: when selected the payment " contrassegno in contanti" and then I click on INVIA - I need that INVIA - send the order form to "cianeva@virgilio.it" and the order confirmation to the person who is filling the order formso I need to activate the same condition of the credit card payment.
When your clone od clone is ready whel this last detail may use this new form or do i have to change the original one ?
