    not receiving emails

    This is the second form on my account I am not receiving emails for:  As with my previous question, I have always received successful email notifications on this form, until last week.  I didn't make any changes.

    As for your second form, I checked it and they are both using the same recipient for the notification. Please see my answer on your first post for the solution. Thank you.
