Fixed Table filters

I have another question about Tables. Is it possible to prevent viewers from changing the filter set on the table by the 'Author' or 'Owner' of the form. This will allow for creating tables with only the approved viewable data for particular users.

Do you mean to say that you want to apply the filter in JotForm table and then share the table URL with other users?

Unfortunately no, it is not possible to prevent users from removing the filters from the table. If you share JotForm table with the filter, users will be able to remove the filter and view all the data.

Yes, that is what I meant as I created a form for Staff and Students and wanted to hide certain data from users. I will just split the form into two. Many thanks
