Getting an error when trying to download file that was submitted via the form.

You seem to have few submissions. Can you please provide to us the file URL so we can check and investigate it here?
Also, is that a newly submitted file? Do you happen to know which browser is the file submitted?

What I think is happening is that I am getting an email notification letting me know that my form has been submitted with a link to download the file, but the actuall file has not finished uploading to your amazon server. If I wait about 10 minutes the error goes away and I can download file. Is there a way to delay the email notification until the file is finished being uploaded to your amazon server space?

This error does happen when a download process was not complete or corrupted. Unfortunately there is no way to delay the email. I have done some preliminary tests to receive the email before the flie has been uploaded to no avail. I believe it might be the server taking some time to parse the uploaded file. I will continue trying different methods, and if I do replicate the error I will raise a ticket to the development team for them to evaluate.
