How do I disable the automatic state tax that is being collected through orders?

    I've tied in orders using PayPal and it defaults to applying a TN (where I am based) state tax of 9.25% to orders. How do I disable this?

    Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

    I have checked the form titled Digital Get Down Transfer that you shared with us and I was not able to find any taxes applied to your products. It seems that the Product List field has 0 as the tax amount.

    If there are additional taxes being charged from your PayPal account, then you will need to manage that via your account. We do not have control over how the charges are handled once PayPal processes the payment, that is totally up to them as the payment gateway. You may want to contact PayPal Support to ask about this additional tax, you can contact them here - https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/contact-us
