Impossible to authenticate Docusign via Jotform

    Hi Jotform team,

    i have a Docusign account which is connected to Jotform. But each time i try to connect a form i have an authentification's error.

    I check everything from my Docusign account, deconnected the app, reconnected the app, desactivate double authentifications to see if this came from it. Create a new Jotform form, did a new test. Nothing. Impossible to connect Jotform to Docusign.

    What can i do ? It worked well before, what happens ?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Can you please try with another browser as well? That may work. Or, try clearing your browser cache and cookies for Jotform first before editing the form.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    i tried on Firefox and now it works. (I usually use Safari).
