Hi Jot form support,
My question is the following:
Is there a way to create a form that has drop down box with let say 3 options.
If the user selects option 1 then text boxes a, b, c appear.
If the user selects option 2 then text boxes d, e, f appear
If the user selects option 3 then text boxes g, h, i appear.
Thanks in advance for your time.

Yes, that is very much possible to achieve. You can use "Conditional Show/Hide" feature to show or hide text boxes based on the value of your dropdown selection.
Here is a guide which should help you understand how the conditions work:
Here are the steps to achieve your requirement:
1. Add a dropdown question and add required options in your form.
2. Add 9 text boxes.
3. Create conditions by clicking on the "Conditions" in your form toolbar:
I have created a demo form for you with the exact requirement you are looking for. Here is the link to my form: https://www.jotform.com/form/32793552226861
