upload form on my domain

Hi!

How can I upload my form on my domain for free. It said on your website that it doesn't cost anything, but now I don't know what's happening. I am don't want anything if it costs unfortunately because my project is for helping in the refugee crisis and we can't spend money on these kind of things. Can you help me?
