Date format in download

When I download a CSV of the submissions to the form below, the dates for the child's date of birth get converted to a format (dd-mm-yyyy) that Excel doesn't recognise as dates.

This results in me having to re-enter all the dates.

Please advise on how to get the date in a different format in the CSV.

It does not need to be in the format entered, but does need to be a usable format, ideally the ISO standard, eg 2020-08-21.

Please try updating the Date Picker field settings and set the Format to YYYY-MM-DD. Here's a screenshot guide that you can follow:
