Email Field: Field is set as Required. Form submission received without an Email address.

    I had a response on my Rental Application form without an email but the email field is required. How is this possible?

    Hello @EclipsePM,

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support, our apologies for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

    After checking your form, I am able to verify that the Email address field is indeed set to "required". I am unable to proceed with your form unless I enter the email address in the field.

    May we know if your form is being submitted via the direct form URL or do you have the form embedded on a website?

    If the form is embedded on a website, then there may be a scripting conflict that is causing this to happen. If it is embedded, can you kindly share the exact webpage where the form is located?

    Also, can you kindly share the submission IDs for the instances where this has happened?
