You seem to have a long form. Please use the following iframe embed code and see if that solves your problem:
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame-203518356440048" title="AngelWingsEmbrace" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" allowfullscreen="true" allow="geolocation; microphone; camera" src="https://form.jotform.com/203518356440048" frameborder="0" style=" min-width: 100%; height:700px; border:none;" scrolling="no" > </iframe>
Please note that you can also add "Page Break" field in form to build multi-page form. The following guide should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/119-how-to-create-a-multi-page-form-with-jotform
Hope this helps.
