Quota for Upload - Reset?

    Hello!

    We are receiving a notice that we have reached our quota for upload space and unable to fill out new forms. Question is if we remove the data/uploads can we use the form without upgrading.

    Hello,

    This is correct.


    Please make sure to empty the trashed items as well:

    1. Click the three vertical dots icon on the main submissions tab.
    2. Click the Trashed entries option.

    4. In the trash section, check the Select All option.
    5. Click the Delete Forever button, and confirm the deletion in the popup window. Then you’re done!

    Entries that have been in the trash for more than 30 days will automatically be deleted.
