My customers keep telling me that they can't get in to my Jotform. I too try and there is always a problem with it loading. I have a paid account and I'm beyond disappointed how many problems I keep having. I'm not even sure what I paid for.

Hello Rosemary - If this is the form in question: Foxie Nails by Rosemary Order form, I tried accessing it and the form loaded for about 90 seconds:
I am having a slow internet connection here right now and loading your form with about 50MB of resources took me 1.5 minutes to complete the loading.
The same goes with your customers, if they have slow connection like mine at the time they accessed it, they may experience the same.
One factor affecting this is that you have added several Inventory widgets in the form which contributes to the form loading performance.
I would recommend dividing your form into several pages to at least reduce loading time:
