still no refund

    Hello. This is my second email about this issue. I still have not received a refund for my cancelled account. I requested teh refund on September 22. I'm losing trust in JotForm at this point because I never should've been charged in the first place since I had cancelled my account a month prior. thanks, caroline

    I have requested the refund, Please allow 6-10 business days to get this refund back into your Paypal Account.

    For some reason, your response came out empty here in our Support Forum. Please access this thread instead of responding via email account.

    By the way, the refund request is still pending from our record. You should receive a notification when the refund is processed.
