Jotform pages are not loading properly

    I have had issues the last few days when logging into Jotform

    I see the names of the forms that I have created however I am unable to get into the forms

    The screen that shows my forms is also not lined up. Everything appears to be off and not inline as it should be. Ive tried changing the zoom level but that as  not helped

    When I click the other tabs at at the top of the page ( form templates, apps, etc) nothing happens

    It just sits on the main page.

    Not sure why this has happened. I disabled my smartfirewall which has never been a problem in the past however that did not help. I also cleared my browsing history.

    Need suggestions asap

    Hi there,

    Do you have any other browsers to test? We never encountered such problem on our end so I suspect this might be related with your browser.

    May we know which browser did you encountered this problem? Can you please try to reset your browser settings? Also, please ensure that your browser's javascript must be enabled.

    I am using Internet Explorer 9

    Java is enabled

    The problem still persist

    Our form builder is optimized to work with Google Chrome so this is the browser we mostly recommend rather than IE9
