How can I do it next by my self !

I deleted all submissions and attachments and kept olny empty forms but nothing changed.

I also clear cash form my settings.

I have recalculated your upload space and now it appears fine. I'm afraid this can be done only from our end.

What you can do is try clearing form cache, which I think you had already done.
