    Espaço Upload

    Olá pessoal, bom dia

     

    Possuo o plano PREMUIM, onde tenho 10GB de espaço para upload,

    gostaria de saber, se atingir esses 10GB, não consigo mais receber arquivos, ou no começo de cada mês esse espaço de 10GB se renova ?

     

    no aguardo.

    Thanks for contacting us. Space Limit won't reset every month. You'll need to delete your existing form submissions with file uploads to free up space from your account. Of course, backup first those submissions by downloading the files from your account.

    If you want to automatically save the files somewhere, you can integrate your form to the following file hosting/sharing sites:

    -Google Drive: Google Drive Integration

    -Dropbox: Dropbox Integration

    -Box: Box.com Integration

    -FTP Integration: How to Enable FTP on Form Submissions

    Bom dia..

    muito obrigado pela informação, 

    so um detalhe, eu tenho 1,81mb utilizado dos meus 10GB,

    mais não tenho nenhum arquivo no meu painel...onde vejo estes arquivos?

    Olá creativedp,

    Ao verificar sua conta, eu achei que você já apagou todas as submissões. Isso deve ter apagado todos os arquivos carregados também.

    Você tem poucas formas em sua pasta de lixo que tem poucas submissões e uploads. Excluídos esses envios irá limpar o seu espaço de armazenamento de upload também.
