Desde ontem, que após terminar de preencher o formulário, ao enviar o navegar afirma que não está conseguindo se conectar com o JotForm e o relatório não é enviado.

Você pode me ajudar o mais rápido possível?
É possível, ao invés de enviar o relatório pelo e-mail, ele ser eviado para um arquivo no computador?

Hello Adalto, I'm not quite sure that I understand your issue fully probably because I may be misunderstanding it due to the difference in languages between you and I. However, based on what I am reading it currently sounds like upon submission of your form from a user the user reached a page that displayed the form and site were offline.
I checked your account but I am not seeing anything wrong right now nor did I find anything to point to any previous problems so I think most likely what happened is that the user probably was filling out your form at a time when the site was experiencing heavy server traffic which may have caused the data to lag out after submitting it. At this point I would advise clearing your form cache then have the user try again since this all should have cleared up by now. Though if I am misunderstanding your issue and question then I do apologize and would like to request that you please try to explain more to us about the problem so that we can get a better grasp on your issue that you are having and we will gladly check it again.

Is that happening when someone submit or when someone load the form? Can you please provide us with the link to the affected web page?
