Date of Birth not autofilling

For some reason, autofill completes all fields (name, address, telephone number) but does not complete date of birth.

Whats the best way to navigate this issue?

Are you referring to the Preview Mode Autofilling feature? I tested it and it is working fine on my end. The Date of Birth auto-filled on my end. Here's a screencast of my test:

I cleared your form cache on our server. Could you please check it again and let us know if the issue still persists? Also, please try using a different internet browser for testing purposes only.
