Why is all the information from my form not being communicated in email?

    Good day! You'll need to re-create the Form Notification to fix that.

    First: Delete the existing notification: How to Delete Notifications/Autoresponder

    Second: Create again: Setting Up Email Notifications

    For the information, that will happen when you made changes to the form. There are sometimes that the Email Notification doesn't automatically get the updated form field tags when there's new field(s) added to the form.
