    Form Notification issue

    Hello,

     

    I am supposed to receive adoption applications to my email from your site. However, I never received the last 2 applications that were submitted. They are on your site but they were not forwarded. Can you please fix this asap? I MUST have these forms emailed to me so I don't miss any of them.

    Hi,

    I've check your email address, and it was good and it's not listed into our bounce list. One thing that might caused this is because of your current form notification settings. You currently have no Sender Name, without this settings, your form notification may become faulty. I've fixed it.

    I also suggest checking your Spam Folder, see if the last two submissions have been filtered. 

    Furthermore, this guide would help you resolve the issue: How To Setup Email Alerts To Prevent NOT Receiving Email Alerts & Bouncing Issues, follow our recommendations especially with whitelisting our IP Addresses and Email Domain Servers.

    Another way of resolving such issue is by setting up SMTP and use it to your form notification as sender email. We recommend Mandrill: How to use Mandrill to Send Emails From Your Own Email Address.

    Please get back to us if none of these methods is working.

    Hello,
    I am still not receiving my forms. Just found another one this morning. I am paying $10/month for this service. I would appreciate if someone could please fix it for me once and for all. I know $10 doesn't sound like a lot of money but we are a small cat rescue surviving on donations so it's a lot to us. It's a $120/year we have to raise.

    The email address that is configured on your adoption form is froggyscatrescue@comcast.net

    We have searched into our records and such email address is not in our bounce list

    I would recommend you to either try with a gmail account or ask to Comcast to add the following domains to the whitelist

    ·        amazonses.com

    ·        jotform.co 

    ·        secure.jotform.co

    ·        s3.amazonaws.com  

    ·        static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com
