I would be very glad if you help me tot transfer (move) 2 of my Form(s) to another user outside our organization.

The transfer has to include both the Forms AND the Submission Data.

• Provide us with your Username the Form(s) are on.

The current username the Form(s) are on is CalderElearn (monitoring_webdevelopment@calderholding.nl);

• Tell us the Name(s) or Provide us with Links to the Form(s) you need us to Move.

- The first form is named 'Aanvraag voorziening leermiddelen, ROCvA 2020-2021' an can be found on https://form.jotform.com/201891656408360;

- The second form is named 'aanvraag voorziening leermiddelen, ROCvA' an can be found on https://form.jotformeu.com/91674641587368;

• Tell us the Username of the Account that you want your Form(s) and Data Transferred.

The Username that I want the Form(s) and Data to be Transferred is support@plangroep.nl

• Once this is completed we will then respond to you to confirm it.
