not just disabled but entirely gone when i logged in to pay to upgrade this morning??
if i upgrade will it come back? will i get all my saved submissions????????

your forms are have been disabled because you reached upload available space(100mb free accounts).
You can upgrade your account to a paid plan with a higher upload space limit, or delete some submissions in order to free up some space and get your forms available again.
Your submissions still available, if you decided to upgrade you will not need to delete submissions.
How to delete submissions:
From "MY FORMS" page:
1- Select your form form the list.
2 - Click on "Submissions".
You can select which submission to delete, or delete all submissions
