Merging Forms into 1 form including conditions

I have created 3 separate forms that I would like to merge into 1 form, how would I go about doing this without losing what I have created? I just want to make sure the fields I created and the conditions I have already set up be merged over.

You can create a new form and copy the fields from all 3 forms you have already created into that form using the Field Manager App.

However, I'm afraid that the conditions linked to fields will not be passed through this method and there is no option to copy conditions from one form to another. You would have to create the conditions in the new form where you have combined all the fields from your other forms.
