When I click on my presaved log in the system did not accept it. I clicked on forgot my password and entered my email - and it said my email address does not have an account.
Can you please look at my account to see what is happening?
My links to my forms are still working. Maybe my log info is scrambled?
I use Jot Form for my business so this is a time sensitive issue. I would appreciate you getting back to be as quickly as possible!

I am able to see that you have a guest account only. Can you provide the links to your form so that I can check the form from what account it is associated with.

Upon checking, I found that this form is associated with account with username "omliving". The email address of this account is "email@example.com".
If you have access to this account, you can reset the password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link which can be found in JotForm sign in screen:
