Please fix this problem. My solitary form disables itself each time a new respondent completes it. I tried to download the picture provided by the respondent and this is the error message I received.

Hello,
It looks like you're not logged into your account.
Could you go to your account's settings (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings) and untick the following box:
This should allow you to download the picture directly from your email notification.
