Storage still full after deleting submission

i have paid a basic subscription today and deleted all the forms data yet i can see a message that storage has been exhausted. Plz suggest what to do

Thank you for reaching out.

Please note that the deleted submissions end up in the trash. This is a security measure to avoid any accidental deletion that would be permanent.

You have to empty the trashed entries:

1. Click the three vertical dots icon on the main submissions tab.
2. Click the Trashed entries option.
3. 
4. In the trash section, check the Select All option.
5. Click the Delete Forever button, and confirm the deletion in the popup window. Then you’re done!

Despite doing the above it still says storage full
