Unable to sign into the account.

    I've been trying to log into my account and it won't load.

    I click on sign in, then select my google account, it starts processing then just cuts out and remains on the sign-in page.

    I know I'm using the correct google account because I can go back on the history of emails to the "Welcome to Jotform" email. and I always use my Gmail to log in to my business-related accounts.

    I've been looking to create forms via jotform for the first time but now I can't even access my account.

    I've clicked on the forgotten password button but have had no email to reset my password, that was my last resort as didn't really want to do that but that hasn't worked ...
    Im incredibly busy as it is and this has really stressed me out this evening as i have lots to do trying to get ready for 1st Jan...
    account email is "info@redeaglesmartialartscrawley.co.uk"

    Also i know ive not deleted the account as i clicked on sign up, entered the same email and it says the email is already associated with a Jotform account.

    Any help to get me back into my very empty account quickly would be much appreciated.

    The account has been suspended due to form: https://www.jotform.com/form/203304041686347 due to Phishing which is a violation of our Terms of Use: https://www.jotform.com/terms/


    You may choose any of our available payment gateways to initiate payment authorizations on the form: https://www.jotform.com/help/292-how-to-enable-payment-authorization

    Otherwise, please delete the offensive fields or delete the form to avoid future suspensions.

    I will be reactivating the account so kindly observe the guidelines mentioned above.

    Hi, I am unable to log into my account. Whenever i try to preview a submission on my phone it says, Form not found" and that the form is disabled. i have tried logging in from my laptop and every time i sign in it will load then go back to the sign in page, and I know I am using the correct account
