Set default position and filled status for sliders

Is it possible to change the default position for the slider to be the lowest value?

is it possible to change the colour of a slider than hasn't been moved? The current 2 shades of blue isn't obvious to people who've been testing it.

Unfortunately, this is not possible with Card forms. It would require to add custom CSS code, that is only possible with the Classic forms.

Changing the colour theme doesn't change the slider colour states.

Please note that it is not possible to change the evaluation slider color or the slider position. I would suggest you to please take a look at our "Numeric Slider" widget and see if that fits into your requirement. This widget will allow you to set the default position of the slider.
