    How do I delete the conditions?

    Hi, I am frustated.... thanks for the help.

    The conditions I have set up under this question appear to be correct,  "Which describes your current situation?" 

    however the first 6 conditions don't go to the page shown when viewing the conditional statements. 

    I feel like there's ghost conditions lurking from past errors that I've changed, but don't stick. Can you please either REMOVE ALL CONDITIONS or tell me how to fix? Thanks. Catherine

    Hello Catherine,

    If I understand your requirement correctly, you need to delete some of your conditions. Is that correct?

    Here are the steps to delete your conditions:

    1. Load your form in editor.

    2. Click on "Conditions" from the form toolbar:

    3. In the "Conditions Wizard" click on "Saved Conditions"

    4. If you highlight (move mouse), you will see three icons on your conditions. You can click on the red button (-) to delete the conditions.

    Not only 1-6, I see several conditions which will not work as the fields you have already deleted. If you can explain the conditions in details, I will be happy to assist you delete and create new ones.

    Hi and thank you for the quick response.
    I have plenty of documentation to support that rules that were properly documented in the Wizard weren’t working, now suddenly they are. However one is still not functioning correctly.

    It actually skips to page 2 not 7.
    Is this perhaps because of some old deleted rule that is still firing? Anyway, thank you for your fixes.
    Great tool. There does seem to either be some odd delay before rules show or actually take hold.

    The conditions wizard reflects accurate conditions/rules, however they aren’t working (they DID briefly today – with the exception of the first one listed below – before I added a few additional fields here and there, none of which affected the conditions.
    Here’s what it should and shouldn’t do.
    CONDITIONS ASSOCIATED WITH “WHICH DESCRIBES YOUR CURRENT SITUATION”
    I am looking for full-time employment – should skip to 7 (goes to 2)
    Decision pending (full-time) – should skip to 2 (correct – however that page has errors associated with it, seen below)
    Full-time employment - should skip to 3 (goes to 2)
    Continuing with full-time employer - should skip to 3 (goes to 2)
    My internship became a full-time position - should skip to 3 (goes to 2)
    Intern or temp position (3 months or more) prior to full-time employment - should skip to 3 (goes to 2)
    Pursuing graduate/professional degree - should skip to 5 (goes to 2)
    Not currently pursuing employment or grad school for at least 3 months - should skip to 6 (goes to 2)
    PAGE 2
    The rules at the bottom of page 2 read in the Condition wizard as follows:
    If “Did you decline any other offers” = Yes, skip to page 4
    If “did you decline any other offers” = No, skip to page 8
    However both Yes and No are going to page 3.
    I realize that one mistake was every going back into the form to make additions/changes. That seems to affect the conditions/rules, even if they aren’t affected?
    I’d love a fresh start with no conditions/rules so I can do it right. Would like to know why the wizard shows one thing and does another? I’m going to have a hard time selling this to my boss if it’s not consistent.

    Hi Catherine,

    After cloning your form, I've found too many deleted fields on conditions. I would suggest to delete them all to avoid confusions and so you can analyze the conditions properly.

    Next, don't separate conditions with the same action, they will conflict each other.
