The ability to use CashApp and Zelle

    Are we able to add cash app or zelle as an option?

    Why does the PayPal payment through jotform remain in pending status so long?

    Hi brandimechols, thank you for reaching us.

    It looks like you have pending incomplete payment in your form:203508610733146. This is caused when your user closes the browser before the payment was complete or their payment method was declined. 

    Regarding your question about CashApp and Zelle, please kindly allow me to escalate this issue to our back-end team for evaluation. We are unable to provide the exact ETA when it will be available, but we will notify you through this ticket as soon as we have updates.

    Hello,

    We are happy to announce that Cash App Pay is a payment option within Jotform now. Cash App doesn't support direct integration while selling products and goods. Therefore, we integrated it via Square which is the only way. Users who have a US Square account will be able to present Cash App from their forms. To do that, users might add Cash App Pay from gateway menu list as below.

    Another option for adding Cash App Pay is enabling it on Square settings as below.
