I noticed we receive two files for every form submission. One being the actual form in a PDF and a PNG file containing just a signature. Is there any way to get rid of the signature being sent? I think we just want to collect the PDF.

This is actually a primary function of the Google Drive integration. It adds all the uploaded files and also creates a PDF. The signature field is converted into an images as soon as the form is submitted and also handled as an image. This is why you see it separately as well.
