I can not complete online form made by using your service - It says "needs to be docu sign" go back-which means loose everything, as there is no docusign space to complete it. or the link/code is broken or not opening on my computer.
There is a massive documentation involved, so its frustrating to do all over again for three times, to receive an error. what kind of a form is that-that you spend half an hour completing just to receive an error!
Form is now saved on my account, please check and let me know what can i do to complete the for and submit it to the issuer who made it in the first place..time is a matter.
The company is INPAY and it is their form that I can not finish, nor submit partially.
Let me know how can we solve this?
Thank you,
Nebojsa

Hi Nebojsa,
Our apologies for the frustration caused and we are grateful for your feedback.
It is not the best practice to create excessively lengthy form in a single page.
Form creators should be encouraged to split their form into multiple screen/slides if it is excessively long.
We will follow up with the form creator and get back to you.
Best regards,

Now, when I sign in - i dont see my draft anywhere either. Yesterday it was there, at least the text was saved if not attached documents(?!?)
I ma not sure is it the quoestion for you or the organizer who used your service for online forms, but i wont be able to submit anything to them unless its resolved.
Thanks,
Nebojsa

Hi there,
I advise you to contact and inform them that there's something not right with their form.
The organizer (the owner of the form) may consider the following options:
1) Enable an Autofill Continue Forms Later option.
This option saves answers only for up to 24 hours in the user's browser.
2) Enable a session-based 'save and continue later' feature
With this method, the data is saved for up to 90 days on our servers. It can be accessed from any device using an emailed session link.
3) Additionally, the submitted form entry can be updated if the organizer share the 'submission edit' link
I hope it helps, let us know if you need further assistance.
