Why does jotform not send autoresponse or notification emails to hotmail and yahoo.

    I am currently troubleshooting a licensed jotform version for a client (I was not the developer only after the fact troubleshootiong) and despite my best efforts I can not get hotmail (or yahoo) accounts to receive anything. Hotmail accounts are a major part of our volunteer database and are required to receive notifications.

    Perhaps (as has been offered in many other forum posts) you could attempt to replicate the problem and provide logs to reflect if delivery of the email was successful.

    If this is not possible as it is a licensed version for which support is not offered or because the problem is regarding my clients IP's reputation or something out of your control I will understand.

    I have tried new and old hotmail accounts and checked spam filters. Even when the notification is set to a gmail account and autoresponder to hotmail account entered, there is no notification sent either.

    I have seen on other posts to contact the developers so that is what I have done.
