Downgraded and was automatically billed.

    I did not realize that I was being automatically billed. I downgrade to free because I no longer need the service. Is there a way for me to get a prorated refund?

    I have now canceled the subscription and issued a refund of $190.00. It will be reflected on your account within 5-10 business.
