my client's account is not working

    We have sent 3 password reset requests and are not getting a response. Our form has stopped working and we can't log in to fix it.


    My client is Nina Gold and her email is nina@ninagoldyoga.com We used Jotform to set up a waiver for her yoga classes. Can you help us find how to login to her account?


    I had linked her website to the JotForm and now it is saying the form is disabled...all while her clients are trying to access it. Such a disaster right as I was trying to go on time-off. We had already tested the form and had a few successful forms signed before everything failed. Was there a time limit on our account or something?

    It seems that the issue is with the account being mistakenly suspended due to phishing. I checked that the account has been reactivated already and the form is now active.

    Please try clearing your browser's caches and access the form again.

    Let us know if the issue still persists.
