my client's account is not working

    We have sent 3 password reset requests and are not getting a response. Our form has stopped working and we can't log in to fix it.


    My client is Nina Gold and her email is nina@ninagoldyoga.com We used Jotform to set up a waiver for her yoga classes. Can you help us find how to login to her account?


    I had linked her website to the Jotform and now it is saying the form is disabled...all while her clients are trying to access it. Such a disaster right as I was trying to go on time-off. We had already tested the form and had a few successful forms signed before everything failed. Was there a time limit on our account or something?

    It seems that the issue is with the account being mistakenly suspended due to phishing. I checked that the account has been reactivated already and the form is now active.
