How can I view the video that I uploaded

As I do not see that you have an active account with us, I believe you have filled a form via which you received an email that has the uploaded video which you are unable to access.

Since the form owner has enabled the privacy settings in his account so only he would be able to access the uploaded videos.

You may ask the form owner to provide you access to be able to view the uploaded videos.
