Can you explain further what you are getting right now? Is it a blan screen or a zero count of submission?
We need to know the following to be able to address the issues you are having.
However, I have cleared your form caches and please try to clear your browser cache and cookies aswell.
If problem persists after doing that, can you try to use other browser?
